Jeanne Yu teaches Introduction to Computer Programming (in conjunction with TEALS), Introduction to Engineering Design (in conjunction with Project Lead The Way) and Trigonometry/Math Analysis Honors at Los Altos High School. She previously taught math at various schools and worked in the film industry. She loves learning and teaching a variety of topics! In 2009, Ms. Yu and her students made a documentary called “Palayan: A Story of Exodus” about Himalayan villagers in India. She has a master’s in Education from Pepperdine University and a bachelor’s in Film & Media Studies from MIT. Currently, she is a certified producer and sells vegetables in San Mateo County. During the weekends, she lives at a horse ranch.
